REQUESTED TO BRING ALONG THEIR CLUB BANNER FOR THE CLOSING
PARADE.

DOGS MUST BE KEPT
ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES.

ALL HORSES MUST BE
IN POSSESSION OF, AND ACCOMPANIED BY A HORSE PASSPORT AND BE UP
TO DATE WITH THE VACCINATION AGAINST EQUINE
INFLUENZA AND AFRICAN HORSE SICKNESS
(ANNUALLY). HORSES AND RIDERS MUST BE REGISTERED AT
NAMEF OR ANOTHER FEDERATION MEMBER OF THE FEI. PROOF MAY BE
REQUESTED BY THE ORGANIZERS.

TRUCKS MAY ONLY BE PARKED AT PLACES ALLOCATED BY THE ORGANIZING
COMMITTEE.

ACCOMODATION CANNOT BE ARRANGED. IF CARAVAN AND/OR TENT SPACE IS
REQUIRED, THIS HAS TO BE INDICATED ON THE ENTRY FORM.

ORGANIZERS, NOR NAMEF OR THEIR OFFICIALS CAN BE HELD RESPONSIBLE

RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, COMBINE OR SPLIT

CHANGE THE STARTING ORDER OF RIDERS IN COMPETITIONS IN CASE OF

AND 15% OF ALL PRIZE MONEY WILL BE PAID TO NAMEF.

Prizes shall consist of either or both donated items and/or prize
