Competition Nr.11-14; 15-18; 24-26: Horses may only be entered in
one competition of each group. RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. The event will be ridden according to rules and regulations of FEI and NAMEF.

Any horse may not compete in more then 4 competitions in Children
classes or 3 competitions in Junior or 3. Stabling fee is N$40, - for the show.

All horses must be accompanied by an updated horse passport and be vaccinated against African Horse sickness and Equine Influenza. Horses and riders must be registered at NAMEF or another federation member of the FEI. Proof may be requested by the organizers. All horse passports must be handed in to the Organising Committee on arrival at the show, and be collected again on Sunday 8 June. 6. Entries close 18th of May 2008 - Late entries at Double fee only till 25th of May 2008. No entries will be accepted after 25th of May 2008!!! Every entry received with proof of payment will get a confirmation number. If you have not received a confirmation number within 7 days from your entry, you must contact the Organising committee. 7. Stabling will be available for horses from outside Windhoek. If enough stables are available, Windhoek horses will also be stabled. Stabling is available as from Friday, 6th June 2008. No horse feed or bedding is available at the club. 8. Neither the organizers, nor NAMEF or their officials can be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by horse, rider, the public or their property. 9. The organizer reserves the right to cancel, combine or split competitions, depending on the number of entries. 10. 25% of Entry Fees and 15% of all prize money will be paid to the NAMEF. 11. RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- This practice event will be ridden according to the rules and regulations of NAMEF.
- Entry fees N$15 per class in advance, and N$20 on the day for late or additional entries. No horse may compete more than 4 times per day.
- Stabling fees N$15 per day. Please bring own bedding and food, buckets, etc.
- Informal dress onlyclub shirts encouraged! Formal dress at own choice.
- Food and beverages will be available during the day of the show.
- Gymkhana Club Windhoek, NAMEF, the workers and organizers of this practice show can and will not be held responsible for any damage or loss to riders, owners, parents, friends, animals and property what so ever.
- The organizers reserve the right to cancel, combine, or split competitions, depending on the number of entries.
- Participants and visitors are asked to PLEASE keep their dogs under control while on the GCW property.

We are very pleased to offer a show jumping course with MIRJA HORSTHEMKE on the weekend of the 23rd to 25th of March (Friday to Sunday) 2008.
The cost of this course will be N$ 400,00 - Maximum of 4 competitors in a group. Entries close 26th of March 08 for the course. I request you to register as soon as possible (first come first serve basis). The riders interested in Equitation are also welcome Mirja can help all the riders with the equitation rules and regulations.

Tetrathlon (Vierkampf)
31st of March / 1st of April 2007
The Gymkhana Club Windhoek, will be holding a Tetrathlon on the 31st of March and 1st of April 2007. This is a fun event and we would like to get everyone together and have some fun.
The swimming and running will take place on Saturday afternoon and in the evening we will have a Bring and Braai at the GCW Clubhouse. The teams will be asked to introduce themselves. On Sunday, we will start with the team Dressage at 09h00 (starting with Cat 1, followed by the next). Thereafter the Jumping will start on our Jumping Arena. There will be refreshments on Sunday Coffee, Tea, Cake, Brφtchens and cool Refreshments from the bar.
Hope you will support this exciting event JUST FOR FUN!!!!
