THE 2007 NAMIBIAN SHOWJUMPING TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS:

The Namibian Showjumping team championships was won by the Auas View Team.

1. Standard Riding Ability Test : Arena 20 x 40, open for all riders who have not won a riding ability test or have been placed in a dressage test at any official show and who are not competing in any dressage competition at this show. Martingale or side reins are permitted.

2. CP-Dressage : open for CN Horses 0-5 points or beginner children riders who have not won or been placed in any dressage test at any official show on any horse.

Equitation Jumping Competitions No.18 and 19 count towards the qualification for the
Children and Junior Equitation Championships 2007.

20. 2007 NAMIBIAN SHOWJUMPING TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP NAMEF 8.2.3, JC/D Stand.
FEI 238 2.2 Teams in a Team Championship will consist of 3 riders with 3 horses or 4 riders with 4 horses, the best three of which will constitute the team result. Every club shall only enter one team. Riders may only represent the Equestrian Club he/she is registered for with NAMEF (Stammverein), provided that this registration was effected at least 3 (three) months prior to the relevant event at which he/she is participating. N$50,-/Team

25. DRESSAGE CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS: open for all JN/N/JE/E/EM horses N$ 30,-
a. SANEF E4, 2007 (snaffle or double bridle)

SPECIAL REGULATIONS:

Competition Nr.10-13; 14-17; 22/23: Horses may only be entered in one competition of each group. Horses entered in competition 7-9 may not be entered in any of competition 10-17 or 21-23

APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. The event will be ridden according to rules and regulations of FEI and NAMEF.

2. Any horse may not compete in more then 4 competitions in Children classes or 3 competitions in Junior or Adult classes on any 1 day.

3. Stabling fee is N$30,- for the show.
The First Aid standby fee is N$ 25-00 per rider.
Any cash bank deposits must add extra N$ 10-00 to cover extra bank deposit charges. Cheques must be payable to: GYMKHANA CLUB WINDHOEK.
Entries will only be accepted when accompanied by payment or proof of payment.

4. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times on the club premises.

5. All horses must be accompanied by an updated horse passport and be vaccinated against African Horse sickness and Equine Influenza. Horses and riders must be registered at NAMEF or another federation member of the FEI. Proof may be requested by the organizers. All horse passports must be handed in to the Organizing Committee on arrival at the show, and be collected again on Sunday 10 June.

Every entry received with proof of payment will get a confirmation number. If you have not received a confirmation number within 7 days from your entry, you must contact the Organizing committee.

7. Stabling will be available for horses from outside Windhoek. If enough stables are available, Windhoek horses will also be stabled. Stabling is available as from Friday, 8 June 2007. No horse feed or bedding is available at the club.

8. Neither the organizers, nor NAMEF or their officials can be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by horse, rider, the public or their property.

9. The organizer reserves the right to cancel, combine or split competitions, depending on the number of entries.

10. 25% of Entry Fees and 15% of all prize money will be paid to the NAMEF.
